Tasting Notes

Crisp, clean & fresh - perfectly Italian in style.  The 2008 Wilridge Pinot Grigio has wonderful crisp citrus notes on the nose with mellow lemon custard and a hint of vanilla on the finish.  A superb summertime wine that pairs well with light fare including oysters, chicken, or nothing at all.
